P Bryan Anger, an unrestricted free agent, signed a one-year deal
with the Buccaneers. Anger, 27, originally entered the league as a
third-round pick of the Jaguars in the 2012 NFL Draft. Anger spent
his first four seasons with Jacksonville, playing in all 64 games
and punting 360 times for a 46.8-yard average, with 113 punts inside
the 20. His career average stands as the second-highest mark in NFL
history.

NFL Note - Philadelphia Eagles Randle, Rueben
WR Rueben Randle, who became an unrestricted free agent with the
Giants March 9, agreed to terms with the Eagles Wednesday (March
23).
Fox Sports reported that the one-year deal is worth $1.025 million
and includes incentives that could boost the value to $3 million.
The 24-year-old Randle was a starter for the Giants the past two
seasons, totaling 57 catches for 797 yards and a career-best eight
touchdowns in 2015 and a career-high 71 receptions for 938 yards and
three touchdowns in 2014.
In 64 career games with the Giants (33 starts), Randle has 188
receptions for 2,644 yards and 20 touchdowns. As a punt returner, he
compiled 44 returns for 345 yards.
The 6-foot-2, 208-pound Randle, a second-round pick in 2012 out of
LSU, joins Chris Givens, who signed a week ago, as new additions to
the Eagles' wide receiving corps. They'll be in the mix with Jordan
Matthews, Nelson Agholor and Josh Huff for playing time.

NFL Note - Indianapolis Colts Robinson, Patrick
CB Patrick Robinson, who became an unrestricted free agent with the
Chargers March 9, agreed to terms with the Colts Wednesday (March
23).
Robinson will join his third team in three years. The Colts did not
release contract terms, but NFL.com reported that it's a three-year
deal.

Last season with the San Diego Chargers, Robinson played in 16 games
and totaled 49 tackles, two tackles for loss, one forced fumble,
eight passes defensed and one interception.
The six-year NFL veteran is expected to replace Greg Toler, who is a
free agent, in the Colts' secondary.
"We've been interested in Patrick since early in free agency and
we're glad it finally came together," Colts general manager Ryan
Grigson said. "We have some strong ties on our coaching staff with
him so that familiarity is always a plus. He is a versatile,
experienced and steady corner that gives us immediate help opposite
Vontae (Davis).
"He was a fit on a number of levels in regards to overall skill, but
also adds some strong intangibles. We're happy with this addition to
our team."
Robinson, a first-round draft pick in 2010 by New Orleans, has
played in 74 career games and started 43 with the Saints and the
Chargers. He has 234 tackles, three tackles for loss, one sack, 54
passes defensed, 10 interceptions, two forced fumbles, 10
special-teams tackles and two blocked kicks.
