ARMINGTON
- Donna M. Ewing, 79, of Armington passed away on Tuesday, January
12, 2016 at the Bickford House in Bloomington.
Funeral Arrangements are pending at the Quiram Peasley Funeral Home
in Atlanta. |

Noon to 1 p.m. on April 16th at the
Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta.
Service:
April 16, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home

Obituary
Donna M. Ewing, PhD, of Armington, passed away at
3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at Bickford
House in Bloomington.
A Memorial Service will be held April 16, 2016, at
1:00 p.m. at the Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in
Atlanta. Burial will follow in the McLean Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00
p.m. on April 16, at the funeral home prior to the
service.
Cremation Rites have been accorded.
Donna Marie Cook was born April 16, 1936, in McLean,
the daughter of Aaron and Idella Foust Cook, Sr. She
married Nathaniel H. "Nate" Ewing, Sr. on December
24, 1954, in Atlanta. He preceded her in death on
September 1, 2015.

Mrs. Ewing is survived by her children: Nathaniel
"Nate" Ewing, Jr. of Bloomington and Cindy Ewing of
Nashville, Tenn.; and two brothers: Roger (Mary
Jane) Cook of Bloomington and Aaron Cook, Jr. of
Flagstaff, Ariz.
Memorials may be made to Ebenezer United Methodist
Church Roof Fund, Armington Rescue Squad, or
Hopedale Medical Complex.
Final arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley
Funeral Home of Atlanta.
