							Obituary 
							Rachel J. Kehl, 87, of Lincoln, formerly of Atlanta, 
							passed away at 2:52 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 
							2016, at The Christian Village in Lincoln.
 Funeral Services for Mrs. Kehl will be held at 11:00 
							a.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2016, at the Atlanta 
							Christian Church. Mr. Ryan Edgecombe will officiate.
 
 Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 
							a.m. on Saturday at the church prior to the funeral 
							service.
 
 Burial will be in the Atlanta Cemetery.
 
 Rachel Jane Harmon was born May 23, 1928, in Beason, 
							the daughter of Henry and Maudra White Harmon. She 
							first married Roland Alberts. He preceded her in 
							death. She later married Robert Kehl on September 4, 
							1982, in Atlanta. He survives.
 
 Rachel is also survived by her children: Perry R. 
							Alberts, Wayne (Maria) Alberts, Kyle Alberts and 
							Diane Jones; nine grandchildren; six 
							great-grandchildren; and one sister: Gerthel Bruce.

                Mrs. Kehl was preceded in death by one son: Doug Kehl, four 
				siblings: John Harmon, Pete Harmon, Jean Wilmert, and Margaret 
				Humphreys; and one son-in-law: Jim Jones.
 Rachel was a 1936 graduate of Atlanta High School. She was a 
				member of the Atlanta Christian Church where she served as a 
				Sunday School teacher for many years. She had worked at the Mary 
				Henry Nursing Home as a Nurse’s Aid and Eaton Corporation.
 
 Memorials may be made to The Christian Village Nursing Home in 
				Lincoln, Atlanta Christian Church, or the Alzheimer’s 
				Association.
 
 Funeral arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley Funeral 
				Home in Atlanta.
