Illinois State Police

  • Barker, Sarah A., 28, of St. Louis, arrested March 26 at 2:38 p.m. on Route 10 on charge of driving under the influence.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Bowie, Richard J., 32, of Lincoln, arrested March 26 at 5:26 p.m. on Broadway Street on charge of driving with no valid driver’s license. 

  • Ellegood, Dakin D., 18, of Lincoln, arrested March 28 in the 1500 block of Kankakee Street on charges of driving under the influence/zero tolerance and driving with no valid driver’s license. 

  • Fisher, Nick M., 37, of Lincoln, arrested March 26 at 12:40 p.m. at his residence on charge of leaving the scene of an accident. 

  • Johnston, Scott A., 50, of Lincoln, arrested March 27 at 9:05 p.m. at his residence on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Morse, Kevin M., 24, of Lincoln, arrested March 25 at 1:47 p.m. on charge of criminal trespass to property. 

  • Landers, Julie A., 47, of Riverton, arrested March 25 at 11:13 p.m. on Union Street at 19th Street on charges of aggravated battery and aggravated reckless driving. 

  • Leslie, Stormy R., 25, of Lincoln, arrested March 26 at 4:26 p.m. in the 100 block of Sherman Street on charge of disorderly conduct/false 911 call. 

  • Sturgeon, Walker L., 19, of Lincoln, arrested March 26 at 8:44 a.m. on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of criminal damage to property. 

  • Thompson, Michael R., 53, of Lincoln, arrested March 25 at 7:26 p.m. at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

  • Boerma, Christopher J., 44, of Emden, arrested March 25 at 5:25 p.m. in the 1800 block of Route 121 on charge of driving with a revoked license. 

  • Wright, Larry J., 53, of Delavan, arrested March 28 at 12:29 a.m. on 100th Avenue at 2000th Street on charge of driving under the influence.
