- Jill Wibben, 78, of Lincoln, passed away at 6:37 p.m. April 21,
2016 at Advocate Bromenn Medical Center, Normal, Illinois surrounded
by her loving family.

Jill Wibben, 78, of Lincoln, passed away at 6:37
p.m. April 21, 2016 at Advocate Bromenn Medical
Center, Normal, Illinois surrounded by her loving
family.
Jill was born May 18, 1937 in Luton, England, the
daughter of Earnest and Phyllis M. Ferry Edmondson.
She married Donald Wibben December 10, 1957 in Luton,
England. He survives in Lincoln.
Also surviving Jill are her children: Gaynor (Scott)
Goodman; Donald Wibben, Jr.; Melissa (Brian) Ronning;
Vikki (Kenny) Hunter; Amy (Brian) Gordon; Brother:
Jack (Delia) Edmondson; grandchildren: Ian Sawicki;
Zach (Tonya) Goodman; Seth Goodman; Brooklyn (Westley)
Furman; Sam Sawicki; Mitch Sawicki; Kaleb Gordon;
Tate Gordon; Derek (Keri) Hunter; Ryan Hunter; Karl
Ronning; Cassandra Ronning; and great grandchildren:
Ava Hunter; Elliott Hunter; Bennett Goodman; Jackson
Goodman; Kade Furman. She was preceded in death by
her parents and one child, Mark Wibben.

Jill enjoyed gardening and dining out. She was an
avid “Facebooker”. She was also an expert “backseat”
driver. She loved watching movies with her family
and fishing on the pond. Jill also loved to feed her
family, especially her desserts and potato salad.
Above all else, Jill loved spending time with her
family and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed
by anyone fortunate enough to have known her.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 5:00-7:00
p.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln.
Burial will be in Hartsburg Union Cemetery,
Hartsburg, Illinois at a later date. Memorials may
be given in Jill’s name to Donor’s Choice.
