one life raft out of Philadelphia for Bradford, who signed a
two-year, $35 million contract only to see the Eagles deal multiple
draft picks in order to select their quarterback of the future,
Carson Wentz, second overall in the 2016 NFL Draft.

Philadelphia Eagles rookie quarterback Carson Wentz has signed a
four-year contract with the team, according to published reports.
Wentz's deal is reportedly worth $26.67 million and included a
signing bonus of $17.6 million. The deal is fully guaranteed.

Minnesota Vikings first-round pick Laquon Treadwell signed a
four-year deal, completing contract negotiations for the franchise
with its entire draft class.
Treadwell, the 23rd overall pick, was the No. 1 wide receiver in the
2016 NFL Draft according to NFLDraftScout.com. A three-year college
starter, Treadwell played inside and outside in the Ole Miss
offense.

Quarterback Christian Hackenberg signed a four-year rookie contract
with the New York Jets.
Reports put the value of Hackenberg's contract at approximately $4.7
million. Hackenberg was chosen in the second round of the NFL Draft
(No. 51 overall) last month.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette retired from the NFL
after five seasons.
Lockette suffered a career-ending injury at Dallas during a Week 8
game after which medical personnel explained the injury could have
been life-threatening.

If Las Vegas is unable to land the Oakland Raiders, the city has a
backup plan to bring the NFL to Sin City.
Mayor Carolyn Goodman said that the San Diego Chargers are on the
city's radar as an alternative candidate to relocate.
Goodman knows the Chargers well. She and her husband have been
season ticket-holders for the past 30 years and she would love to
see the team in Las Vegas.

Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis will be played Feb. 4, 2018 at brand
new U.S. Bank Stadium.
Roman numbers are back in Super Bowl logos after the league
celebrated the anniversary of the game in 2016 with Super Bowl 50 in
Santa Clara, Calif.
Minneapolis hosted the Super Bowl in 1992. The Washington Redskins
beat the Buffalo Bills 37-24 in Super Bowl XXVI at the Hubert H.
Humphrey Metrodome.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed second-round pick Noah Spence, the
team announced.
The Buccaneers didn't immediately release the length or financial
terms of the deal.

The San Francisco 49ers signed undrafted free agent linebacker
Wynton McManis to a three-year contract and waived linebacker Kevin
Anderson to make room on the roster.
McManis played in 47 career games at the University of Memphis and
posted 110 tackles, nine tackles for loss and three sacks.

The Buffalo Bills signed sixth-round draft selection Kolby Listenbee
to an undisclosed contract, the team announced.
Listenbee, a wide receiver, is just the second of the Bills' seven
picks in the 2016 NFL Draft to sign.

The Chicago Bears signed offensive lineman Adrian Bellard and waived
safety Anthony Jefferson, the team announced.
Bellard is an undrafted rookie free agent out of Texas State. He
started 36 games over the past three seasons and played in 47
