 The successful applicants were Lauren Anderson, Mount Pulaski
resident and student at MacMurray College, Sylvia Klumpp, Mount
Pulaski resident and student at UI of Springfield, Kristen Lahr,
Lincoln resident and student at Culver-Stockton College, Alexis
Strange, Emden resident and student at Carl Sandburg College and
Brandy Thomas, Mount Pulaski resident and student at Eureka College.
Each student will have a check for $ 500.00 issued in their name to
their educational institution.
The annual scholarships are presented to a Logan County resident who
is either a high school senior or a current college student who is
pursuing a Degree in the Law Enforcement field.
