Yum unit Taco Bell to
open 9,000 restaurants in U.S. by 2022-end

(Reuters) - Taco Bell Corp,
a unit of Yum Brands Inc, said on Friday it would
open 9,000 restaurants in the United States by the end
of 2022, creating 100,000 new jobs, just four days after
its parent completed the spin-off of its China unit. |

Taco Bell, which currently operates about 7,000 units across the
United States, had revenue of about $2 billion in 2015.
