Obituary
Marianne Wagner ,87, passed away at 7:05 a.m. on
October 28, 2016 at Castle Manor of Lincoln.
Marianne was born on January 27, 1929 in San Jose,
daughter of John and Dorothy May Shirley Behrends.
She married Wayne Lee Wagner on August 8, 1948 in
Hartsburg. He preceded her in death in 1988.
Surviving Marianne are her children: Jennifer D.
(Keith) Dalrymple of Murfreesboro, TN, John R.
Wagner of Emden, and Fay E. (Tom) Boerma of Lincoln,
one sister: Lois Rae Merskin; nine grandchildren;
five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death
by her parents and two sisters: Shirley Jean Shaffer
and Dorothy Kay Mullins.
Marianne was a member of Emden Christian Church. |
Services for Marianne will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday
November 1, 2016 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral
Home in Lincoln, with Don Green and Ryan Edgecombe
officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
Monday October 31, 2016 also at the funeral home.
Burial at Hartsburg Union will follow the service.
Memorials may be made in Marianne’s name to
Christian Village Nursing Home or Emden Fire and
Rescue.
