Health Department Employee Melodye Crabtree wins award

[November 29, 2016]  LINCOLN - Melodye Crabtree, Supervisor of Home Care of Central Illinois, a division of Logan County Department of Public Health (LCDPH), was presented with the “2016 Employee of the Year” award by the Home Care Across Illinois Board of Directors at their annual statewide conference in Springfield, Illinois, on November 2, 2016.

“Melodye has a tremendous passion for the Home Health program, for the patients, and for her staff. With all the current Home Health mandates and State budget challenges, she has made positive adjustments to move her department forward. We are proud of what Melodye and Home Health is accomplishing,” said Don Cavi, Public Health Administrator. In addition to the award, her department has earned the national Fazzi “Patient Satisfaction Award of Distinction” three out of the past four years.
