This lottery is required because two Republican candidates filed
their Petitions for Nomination for the February 28, 2017,
Consolidated Primary Election on the first day of filing, which was
Monday, November 21, 2016, at 9 a.m. in the office of the city
clerk.
The lottery will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at the hour
of 11:30 a.m. in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, First
Floor, 700 Broadway Street, Lincoln, Illinois.
The lottery is open to the public.
