LINCOLN
- Mayor Marty Neitzel announced the date of the City of Lincoln’s
annual Community Night in Ray White Park. This year, the festivities
will take place on Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 5 p.m. until Dusk.

Community Night is a great opportunity for young, old, and
everyone in between to congregate in the park and enjoy activities,
food, and each other’s company. Various city departments will offer
games, prizes, and good eats for everyone! Be on the lookout for the
new Police Department trucks, fire engines, Street Department dump
trucks. Hot dogs, chips, soda, and sweet treats will be provided by
the Lincoln Police Department and the City Clerk’s Office.
We’re also excited to announce that we will have laser tag at this
year’s Community Night sponsored by D.A.R.E.! This year is made even
more special with additional games and activities created by Lincoln
Christian University students who are donating their time this year
to give back to their community.

We hope that you join us for this outstanding evening of fun! In
the event of inclement weather, the City will consider an
alternative date for the festivities. The park is located on Short
11th Street just off Monroe in Lincoln.
