[October 03, 2016]  Reports for Monday, Oct. 3:

Illinois State Police

  • Moto-Pasi, Carlos, 26, of Mount Prospect, arrested Oct. 2 at 5:14 p.m. on charge of driving with a revoked license.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Follis, Carrie A., 41, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 2 at 3:33 p.m. at her residence on charge of forgery.

  • Guth, Theresa A., 37, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 3 at 2:51 a.m. in the 600 block of Woodlawn Road on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

  • Helton-Edwards, Crystal L., 46, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 3 at 3:11 a.m. in the 600 block of Woodlawn Road on charge of DUI – drugs. 

  • Mattingly, Tracy C., 41, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 1 at 10:38 p.m. in the 1200 block of Woodlawn Road on charge of obstructing/resisting a peace officer. 

  • McIntosh, Alexander P., 25, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 1 at 5:00 a.m. in the 500 block of Eighth Street on charge of obstructing a peace officer, and Logan County warrant 2013CF196 for failure to appear. 

  • Pierce, Billy T., 30, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 30 at 11:17 a.m. on Tremont Street at Butler Street on charges of no valid driver’s license and operation of vehicle with cancelled /suspended/revoked plates. 

  • Shreve Elijah D., 30, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 1 at 4:31 a.m. in the 500 block of Eighth Street on charges of possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver and resisting/obstructing a peace officer. 

  • West, Jerrald R., 20, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 1 at 5:24 a.m. at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Vanwye, Nikolai, 19, of Atlanta, arrested Oct. 2 at 3:17 a.m. in the 200 block of Stahlhut Drive on charge of illegal possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Atlanta, Elkhart, Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Mount Pulaski, New Holland, San Jose
