of 2016, 43 more than the 102 sold during the same time period in
2015.
The average selling price for homes in the 2016 time period was
$101,34, up slightly for $100,984 in 2015. Median prices were up as
well, $96,000 compared to $80,500.
The length of time that the average home was on the market was
shorter with the average "Days on Market" in 2016 161 days. This was
27 shorter that the same time period in 2015.
