Water Main Flushing in Mount Pulaski changed to October 25th and 26th

[October 19, 2016]  MOUNT PULASKI - The city of Mount Pulaski water department will be doing water main flushing on Tuesday, October 25th and Wednesday, October 26th.

Flushing of the city system will take place overnight, from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. each night.

The water main flushing will cause the water to become cloudy. The water is safe to drink, and the cloudiness should only last for about 1 day after each flushing. Laundry should not be done during this time.
