If you answered "yes" to any or all these questions, then you are
the perfect candidate!!
You are the perfect candidate to be a Volunteer at the Mount Pulaski
Historical Courthouse in Mount Pulaski.
The Courthouse is open regularly on Tuesdays through Saturdays from
12 Noon – 4 p.m. and on special occasions and when group bus tours
are scheduled.
An hour of special training and several supervised tours is all you
need to be a part of bringing the Abraham Lincoln history alive to
those who travel from near and far to visit the historic Courthouse.
Visitors come from local towns, state wide communities, out of
state, and even from other countries to tour the historic site.
In only four hours a month you will enrich someone's knowledge of
Abraham Lincoln's history right here in central Illinois. Even if
you don't think you're the perfect candidate still come and be a
volunteer. There is a need for more volunteers at this time and you
can help by giving a little time to the Courthouse and the community
of Mount Pulaski.

volunteer for four hours a month at the Mount Pulaski Historic
Courthouse. You never know whose life you may change by
volunteering! "Volunteering is the ultimate
exercise in democracy. You vote in elections once a year, but when
you volunteer, you vote everyday about the kind of community you
want to live in." Unknown
