Obituary
Jeanne Schaub, 56, of Lincoln passed away at 5:16
p.m. August 30, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center,
Springfield.
Jeanne was born March 16, 1960 in Lincoln, the
daughter of Millard and Dorotha (Allen) Bailey. She
married Paul Schaub on August 16, 2014 in Las Vegas,
NV. He survives in Lincoln.
Jeanne is also survived by her daughter, Cherie
Treakle; her step-children, Richard Schaub, Michael
Schaub, Dustin Schaub, Brian Graack, and Jamie
Graack; five brothers, Steven (Phyllis) Bailey,
Ronald (Phyllis) Bailey, Denis (Linda) Bailey all
from Mount Pulaski, Glenn (Joan Caplinger) Bailey,
of Lincoln, Gary (Shirley) Bailey of Springfield,
one sister; Jo Ann (John) Cravens of Springfield,
two grandchildren; Autumn Shaffer and Jenna Shaffer,
and 16 step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents,
step-daughter; Stacy Close, step-son; Daniel Schaub,
and half-sister, Shirley Shirle.

Jeanne was a member of Mount Pulaski Christian
Church, American Pool Association, the Moose Lodge,
and the Eagles Lodge. She retired from the bottle
factory in Lincoln after 35 years.
Services for Jeanne will be held at 10:00 a.m. on
Saturday September 3, 2016 at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln with
Larry Crawford officiating. Visitation will be held
from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday September 2, 2016 also
at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Zion
Cemetery after the services.
Memorial donations may be made in Jeanne’s name to
her family.
