[September 21, 2016]  LINCOLN - Glenys McWilliams of Lincoln passed away at 7:09 p.m. August 31, 2016 at Christian Village.

Visitation:  From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, September 5th at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln, and also one half hour prior to service at the church.

Service: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at the Lincoln Christian Church

Obituary

Glenys McWilliams of Lincoln passed away at 7:09 p.m. August 31, 2016 at Christian Village.

Glenys was born February 2, 1933 in Olney, the daughter of Robert and Ilma Franklin Sprague. She married James Allen McWilliams March 25, 1951 in Olney. He preceded her death April 24, 2007.

Glenys is also survived by her two daughters Lisa (Greg) Curry of Lincoln, Jamie (Don) Beers of Bainbridge NY, and son Bruce (Sue) McWilliams of Tremont, one brother Ron (Mary) Sprague of Lincoln, sister-in-law Sue (Terry) Stanley of Carterville, ten grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents and son-in-law Steve Gleason.

She was a member of the Lincoln Christian Church, Harvest of Talents, and Beacon Sunday School Class.

Services for Glenys will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at the Lincoln Christian Church with Ron Otto officiating. Burial at New Union Cemetery will follow the service. Visitation will Monday September 5, 2016 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln, and also a half hour prior to service at the church.

Memorials may be given in her name to Harvest of Talents.
