Obituary
Walter E. Behm, 81, of Lincoln passed away on
September 9, 2016 at St. John’s Hospital in
Springfield.
Walter was born on July 29, 1935 in Lincoln, the son
of Walter A. and Edna B. (Maaks) Behm. He married
Patricia Zieglowsky on August 7, 1955. She preceded
him in death on January 16, 2012.
Walter is survived by his children: Cynthia (David)
Haseley of Castle Rock, CO and Beth (Roy) Seaney of
Tallula, his grandchildren, Laura (Ben) Nelson,
Kristen Haseley, Marissa (Adam) Kinigson, Sarah Behm,
Kelsey Seaney, Danielle Seaney, and Blake Seaney;
great grandchildren: Isabella, Olivia, and Emma.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and
his sons Stephen and Walter II.

Services for Walter will be 11:00 a.m. Monday,
September 12, 2016 at Zion Lutheran Church with Rev.
Mark Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Zion
Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00
a.m. prior to services at the church.
Memorials may be given in his name to Zion Lutheran
Church or Zion Lutheran School.
Services have been entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln.
