There will be lots of games, crafts, and activities for all! There
will be a photo station, your child could receive a Superhero
Training Certificate, giveaway game, cape and treats to take home

A great way to SPRING into Fitness and discover exercises that “fit”

designed with the beginner in mind. Work one on one with a
motivating trainer who will teach you proper form and technique of a
