Our Fit For Seniors Fitness program has grown with leaps and
bounds over 9 years. To accommodate the growing class sizes, we now
offer two levels of the popular class.
Class Descriptions are as follows:
Level 1 Fit For Seniors Class will focus on increasing
mobility, flexibility, balance as well as functional fitness to
assist in daily activities. Easy to follow steps set to fun music.
This class is perfect for seniors of all ages and fitness levels.
Level 2 Fit For Seniors Class *a faster paced class with the
addition of other elements incorporated into the class format.
Stability balls, step platforms (with no risers), kickboxing type
movements and some floor work might be added. This class is ideal
for those seniors who are have been participating in an exercise
program for quite some time and are ready to add additional elements
to their routine. *instructors reserve the right to suggest
participation in the Level 1 class prior to Level 2.
