“Loads of Fun” fundraiser at Culver’s on Sunday

[April 21, 2017]   LINCOLN - On Sunday, April 23rd from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. the Mission, Outreach Ministries and others from St. John United Church of Christ will hold a fundraiser to benefit the “Loads Of Fun” project they have undertaken.

Culver’s will donate 10 percent of all sales during that time period to the project.

“Loads of Fun” is an evening at the local laundromat where quarters are furnished to local persons who find the cost of doing their laundry impacts other family needs making it difficult for them to do all they must do to care for their family.

The next “Loads of Fun” will be held on Thursday, May 18 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. – or until the available funds are exhausted.

At that time, volunteers will be at the Lincoln Laundromat, placing quarters in washing machines for patrons.
