 Logan Correction Center correctional officers and prison support
staff will be working inside the restaurant from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
They will be greeting customers at the door, delivering meals to
tables, refilling drinks and bussing tables. In return, they ask
that you show your appreciation by 'tipping the C/O" with the
proceeds to go to Special Olympics.
In addition to the tips, Culvers will donate a substantial portion
of the evening's receipts to the Special Olympics fundraiser.
