Scott's MLB Pitch, hit, and run contest to be held Saturday in Atlanta

[April 25, 2017]  ATLANTA - The Atlanta Public Library and the City of Atlanta will host the annual Scott's MLB Pitch, Hit and Run Contest on April 29 at 5:00 p.m. at the Atlanta Sports Complex.

The contest is open to boys and girls ages 7-14.

Winners in each category will move on to the sectional competition in Decatur.

Interested participants may register for the event on site beginning at 4:00 p.m. First-time participants must present a valid birth certificate at the time of registration. Those who participated last year do not need to bring a birth certificate as it is already on file.

In the case of rain, the event will be held at 5:00 p.m. on April 30.
