For the past 40 years,
Sivori has been one of the major vendors at the Logan County Fair
with three concession stands serving a variety of fair food.
Headquartered in Kentucky, those working with
Sivori's food concessions travel approximately nine months of the
year going though Kentucky, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, and
Missouri.

Besides fairs, they also set up concession stands
at derbies and drag races across the states.
Savori specialties include "Totchos," which are Tater Tots-style
nuggets covered in cheese, jalapenos or other toppings. They also
serve chicken on pita bread. Other popular items they serve include
popular fair fare such as corndogs, pizza, chicken tenders, soft
pretzels, nachos, and philly cheesesteak sandwiches.
Thirsty fairgoers can buy a re-usable cup for lemonade shake-ups or
tea at their stands for six dollars and get them refilled with for
three dollars. These cups can be used year after year to help keep
fairgoers hydrated.
Sivori also "gives back" as one of the top bidders in the cake
auction at the fair, which helps raise money for local 4-H programs.
Each year of the Logan County Fair, Sivori's food stands are a good
place to eat.
