LINCOLN CHRISTIAN CHURCH
AUGUST 2017
KIDS’ WORSHIP
Maze Days—Exodus
Join us in August for Kids Worship. We will journey through the book
and event of the Exodus and discover how Moses depended on the Lord.
Throughout this study kids will find out that even in the ‘mazes’ of
life, God is at work and cares for us! Our key verse for the month
is Psalm 12:–2, “My help comes from the Lord.” Parents if you would
like to review what we study with your kids, the titles and texts
are below and the main point is listed in italics.
August Series Titles:
• Moses Is Born to Israelite Slaves. Exodus 1:11–14; 1:22-2:10.
God helps us.
• Moses is Called to Free the Israelites. Exodus 3:16–4:17.
God has a plan for us.
• Moses Gives Instructions for the First Passover. Exodus 12:1–13.
We trust God to rescue us.
• God Uses Moses to Defeat the Amalekites. Exodus 17:8–16.
We rely on God to protect us.
