Obituary
Nancy A. Billington, 69, of McLean, passed away at
8:00 p.m. on August 2, 2017, at OSF St. Joseph
Medical Center in Bloomington.
No services are planned. Cremation rites have been
accorded.
Nancy A. Britton was born December 7, 1947, in
Lincoln, the daughter of Lewis and Clarabel Purlee
Britton. She married Gordon Billington in St. Louis
on April 11, 1968. He survives.
Nancy is also survived by their children: Joe
(Jenny) Billington of Ohio, and Lori Smith of
Peoria, and six grandchildren: Josh (Samantha)
Billington, Amanda Billington, Addison Billington,
Nick Smith, Nate Smith, and Tyler Baird.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and three
siblings: Louise Wiskopf, John Britton, and Mike
Britton. |
Nancy was a 1965 graduate of Atlanta High School. She had been
employed by Eaton Corporation.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Logan County in
Lincoln.
Final arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley Funeral
Home of Atlanta.
