							away on January 21, 1983.
Jim graduated as co-valedictorian from Lincoln

After his discharge as a Sergeant in January of 1946
he returned to Lincoln, where he completed training

which he led for well over 50 years, providing all
types of coverage to businesses and families
throughout Logan County and beyond. He is remembered
by many of his former clients and other Lincoln
residents for his support and assistance in times of
difficulty and loss. He was active as an officer in
the Lincoln Kiwanis Club for many years, and as a
volunteer instructor with local Boy Scout Troop 102.

With an active and inquiring mind, Jim was an avid
reader and long-time supporter of public television.
He loved music, particularly Irish folk music, jazz
							and the blues.
