[August 19, 2017]  LINCOLN - Myrna Larue Wilson, 83, of Lincoln passed away at 4:15 A.M. on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at the Christian Village, in Lincoln.

Visitation: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday August 5, 2017 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, in Lincoln

Service: 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home

Myrna Larue Wilson, 83, of Lincoln passed away at 4:15 A.M. on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at the Christian Village, in Lincoln.

Myrna was born on July 7, 1934 in Beason, the daughter of Homer and Ferne (Crowe) Poffenbarger . She married William E. Wilson on March 6, 1955. He preceded her in death on July 3, 2010.

Surviving Myrna are her children Debra Walker of Washington, Warren Wilson of Lincoln, David (Tammy) Wilson of Clinton, and Rita (Duane) White of Beason, ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; one brother Jack (Midge) Poffenbarger of Augusta, GA, three sisters-in-law Bert Poffenbarger of Bradenton, FL, Helen Lawson of Bloomington, IN, and Marily Wilson of Washington. She was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings: Robert Poffenbarger and Luberta Knauer.

Myrna was a member of the White Shrine and Gideon’s International. Myrna and her husband were members of Clinton Assembly Of God Church in Clinton.

Services for Myrna will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday August 5, 2017 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, in Lincoln, with Ryan Edgecomb officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service also at the funeral home in Lincoln. Burial at Harmony Cemetery will follow the service.

Memorials may be made in Myrna’s name to Christian Homes.
