Mount Pulaski had just three hits in the game
including a first inning RBI single from Jackson Fricke. Landon
Smith and Andrew Bailey also had hits for the Bruins.
Mount Pulaski faced a 9-1 deficit at the end of the first inning
and was unable to get any offense going after that against the
home team.
Evan Cooper took the loss for Mount Pulaski on the mound. Cooper
gave up seven runs on two hits and three walks in the first
inning and was relieved by Lane Murphy.
The Bruins will host Riverton at 4:30 p.m. today at Frazier
Park.
