Meteorologist Devin
Biggs of Lincoln caught sight of the balloons after their launch
from the Logan County Airport Friday evening and grabbed some shots
of the other end of the flight. According to Biggs, the winds were
coming out of the northeast Friday evening, driving the balloons to
the southwest. He caught sight of several of the balloons on the
southwest side of town, including some who flew over Lincoln Parkway
and landed in the vicinity of Park Meadows Church near the Elks
Country Club.
