MOUNT PULASKI
Saturday
evening Mount Pulaski kicked off their 2nd Annual Lighted Christmas
Parade uptown on the square with plenty of folks walking in the
parade and passing out candy.
A couple floats and the familiar rescue vehicles made up the parade,
which also featured Mount Pulaski’s own royalty.
Local
royalty included the 2017 Mount Pulaski Fall festival Little Miss
Ella Martin, Little Prince Jase Jones, Junior Miss Claire Bobell,
and Miss Jayda Allspach.
Logan
County Royalty was represented by the 2017 Logan County Fair Queen
Meg Meeker, Junior Miss Logan County Fair Karson Mott and Little
Miss Elliana Park.
Community Pride also recognized Doug and Erin Martin and their
children Drew, Alec, Luke and Ella as the 2017 Community Pride
Family.
Santa came into Mount Pulaski riding in the Martin Family fire truck
and he stopped at the Mount Pulaski Courthouse to visit with
children and pose for pictures.
A cold and festive evening on the hilltop was enjoyed by all.
