Upcoming Agricultural and Natural Resources programs offered through the U of I Extension

[December 13, 2017]    Following is a list of agricultural and Natural Resources related programs coming up through the University of Illinois Extension, Lincoln, Petersburg, and Springfield offices:

December 20 - 2017 Illinois Farm Economics Summit – Crown Plaza Springfield, IL

January 19 - IL Dept. of Ag Pesticide Applicator Testing held at the Lincoln Extension office (9 AM – 12 Noon & again 12:30 PM – 3 PM)

January 31 - 2018 Crop Management Conference held at the Brookens Auditorium – University of Illinois Springfield, Springfield, IL (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM )

February 16 - IL Dept. Ag Pesticide Applicator Testing held at the Springfield Extension office (9 AM – Noon)

February 20 - Soil and Water Management Seminar held at the Lincoln Extension office (9 AM – 2:30 PM) 4.5 hours of Certified Crop Advisor Credit in soil and water management available.

Thursdays (12-1pm) January thru March – Small Farms Winter Webinar Series. These FREE online presentations provide practical knowledge in local food production & give small farm producers a look at leading practices in production, management & marketing to improve profitability & sustainability.
