SG Avery Bradley missed his fourth consecutive game Friday with a
groin injury.

NBA Note - New York Knicks Beasley, Michael
F Michael Beasley, who scored 32 points against Boston on Thursday,
has played for six organizations. That's surprising to Pistons coach
Stan Van Gundy. "He was the No. 2 pick in the draft," he said. "It's
not like some guy who came out of the nowhere. It's sort of amazing
he's had to bounce around the way that he has."

NBA Note - Detroit Pistons Drummond, Andre
C Andre Drummond has 250 double-doubles since the 2012-13 season,
the most among Eastern Conference players.

NBA Note - Orlando Magic Speights, Marreese
F Marreese Speights, who hit six 3-pointers as a reserve against the
Pelicans in October, got his first start of the season Friday night.

NBA Note - Portland Trail Blazers Lillard, Damian
PG Damian Lillard will miss at least two games due to a hamstring
injury. Lillard was already ruled out of Friday night's game against
the Denver Nuggets but will also sit out Saturday against the Los
Angeles Lakers. Lillard injured the right hamstring during
Wednesday's loss to San Antonio after he took a knee to the area
from Spurs center Pau Gasol.

NBA Note - Washington Wizards Wall, John
G John Wall distributed four assists Friday and he handed out an
early Christmas present to all his teammates -- a new Rolex watch.
"He's a good leader and he just continues to give," Wizards coach
Scott Brooks said. "Not only on the court with our guys for easy
layups or easy jump shots, but he gave them a nice watch."

NBA Note - Washington Wizards Porter, Otto
F Otto Porter returned to the Wizards' lineup Friday after missing
the last two games with a right thigh bruise.

NBA Note - Dallas Mavericks McRoberts, Josh
F Josh McRoberts (foot injury) watched Friday night's game from the
Dallas bench against the Heat, the team he played the past three
seasons. Coach Rick Carlyle said it is not unreasonable for
McRoberts to return in the "coming weeks."

NBA Note - Dallas Mavericks Smith Jr., Dennis
G Dennis Smith Jr.'s minutes remain restricted after his second
appearance since returning from a left hip strain that sidelined him
six games. Smith played 26 minutes against Miami.

NBA Note - Miami Heat Waiters, Dion
G Dion Waiters' first-quarter injury Friday resulted in rotation
minutes for rookie G Derrick Walton Jr., who scored seven points in
23 minutes. Waiters limped off the court with an apparent left ankle
injury. He did not return.

NBA Note - Dallas Mavericks Nowitzki, Dirk
F Dirk Nowitzki tied a career-high for attempted 3-pointers on
Friday with 15. He converted six.

NBA Note - Houston Rockets Harden, James
G James Harden is having his minutes monitored closely with others
injured, including G Chris Paul. In the 14 complete games Paul
played upon his return from a knee injury, Harden averaged 35.3
minutes, which would represent his lowest total in six seasons with
Houston. Harden logged 41 minutes on Friday with Paul out with a
left abbuctor strain.

NBA Note - Los Angeles Clippers Wilson, Jamil
F Jamil Wilson made his first start at the small forward position, a
move made to help offset Los Angeles being without five rotation
players.

NBA Note - Los Angeles Clippers Teodosic, Milos
G Milos Teodosic (left foot) sat on Friday as part of his return
from injury management.

NBA Note - Charlotte Hornets Howard, Dwight
C Dwight Howard dislocated his left ring finger early in the first
quarter. He had it taped during a timeout and returned to action but
left later in the quarter and didn't return.

NBA Note - Milwaukee Bucks Brogdon, Malcolm
PG Malcolm Brogdon finished with 14 points Friday. He has reached
double figures in scoring 14 times since moving to the bench 19
games ago when Milwaukee acquired Eric Bledsoe from Phoenix.

NBA Note - Atlanta Hawks Schroder, Dennis
G Dennis Schroder did not play Friday after suffering a left ankle
injury against Indiana, leaving the Hawks without two starters.

C Dewayne Dedmon missed yet another game Friday with a left tibia
stress fracture diagnosed in late November.

NBA Note - Oklahoma City Thunder Westbrook, Russell
PG Russell Westbrook knocked Atlanta's Kent Bazemore in the head in
the follow-through of a breakaway dunk. Atlanta coach Mike
Budenholzer and Westbrook engaged in a brief shouting match
afterward, but officials declined to review the play for a flagrant
foul. Westbrook was called for an unsportsmanlike technical foul for
shoving Malcolm Delaney after a play was over in the second quarter.

NBA Note - Golden State Warriors Curry, Stephen
PG Stephen Curry (sprained right ankle) has a "99.999 percent"
chance of not playing in Monday's showdown with the Cleveland
Cavaliers, coach Steve Kerr said Friday.

NBA Note - Los Angeles Lakers Kuzma, Kyle
F Kyle Kuzma followed his career-best game of 38 points in a win
over Houston with 27 points and game-high 14 rebounds in Friday
night's loss to the Warriors. He has now scored 25 or more in three
straight games, joining Lakers legends Elgin Baylor and Jerry West
as the only three rookies ever to record such a three-peat.

NBA Note - Golden State Warriors Iguodala, Andre
F Andre Iguodala returned Friday night against the Lakers after
missing Wednesday's win over Memphis with an illness.

NBA Note - Golden State Warriors Green, Draymond
F Draymond Green returned to the Warriors from a four-game absence
on Friday night against the Lakers and had 13 points and 11
rebounds. "It's great to have Draymond back," Golden State coach
Steve Kerr continued. "He brings an energy to the game that was
lacking last game."

NBA Note - Denver Nuggets Mudiay, Emmanuel
G Emmanuel Mudiay (ankle) sat out his third straight game on Friday
night, but Nuggets coach Mike Malone said Mudiay could be available
for the game against the Nuggets on Thursday at Golden State.

NBA Note - Portland Trail Blazers Lillard, Damian
G Damian Lillard (hamstring), Portland's team captain and leading
scorer, missed a game for the first time this season with a strained
right hamstring. Lillard will accompany the Trail Blazers to Los
Angeles for their Thursday game against the Lakers, but "he's most
likely not playing," coach Terry Stotts said.

NBA Note - Denver Nuggets Chandler, Wilson
G-F Wilson Chandler had a season-high 21 points and 11 rebounds for
Denver in its win Friday night over Portland.
