Highlights from National Hockey League games on Tuesday:
Ducks 1, Wild 0
John Gibson stopped 37 shots and Joseph Cramarossa scored as the
Anaheim Ducks shut out the Minnesota Wild.
Minnesota peppered the Anaheim net in all three periods, but were
shut out at home for the second time this season.
Gibson recorded his fourth shutout of the season while the Wild's
Devan Dubnyk made 22 saves.
Minnesota fell behind early and were frustrated by Gibson
throughout.
The Wild failed to score on five power plays, coming within an inch
of scoring when a long-range slap shot by Christian Folin hit the
inside of the right post, sailed through the crease and to the side
boards.
Penguins 4, Canucks 0
Evgeni Malkin recorded a goal and an assist in his first game since
Jan. 24 as Pittsburgh blanked Vancouver.
Matt Murray made 29 saves for his third shutout of the season.
Malkin pushed his point total to 56 as he kept pace with others near
the top of the league scoring race despite missing seven games with
a lower-body injury.
Sidney Crosby recorded an assist on Jake Guentzel's goal, giving him
999 career points. Ryan Miller stopped 38 shots for the Canucks.
Maple Leafs 7, Islanders 1
Auston Matthews scored two goals, and Josh Leivo had a goal and two
assists in Toronto's rout of New York.

Nazem Kadri and William Nylander each had a goal and an assist for
the Maple Leafs, who completed a four-game homestand 2-1-1.
Tyler Bozak and Matt Hunwick also scored for Toronto while Frederik
Andersen made 33 saves.
Jason Chimera scored on a penalty shot for the Islanders.
Thomas Greiss made 28 stops before being replaced by Jean-Francois
Berube after the sixth goal.

Oilers 5, Coyotes 2
Leon Draisaitl, Matt Hendricks, Mark Letestu, Oscar Klefbom and
Patrick Maroon scored as Edmonton defeated Arizona.
Cam Talbot stopped 23 shots for Edmonton.
Josh Jooris and Martin Hanzal scored for Arizona. Louis Domingue
made 28 saves.

Jets 5, Stars 2
Rookie Patrik Laine recorded his third hat trick of the season to
lift Winnipeg over Dallas.
Laine's third goal was scored into an empty net at 1:02 and 46
seconds after Blake Wheeler's empty-netter made it 4-2.
Joel Armia also scored for the Jets while Connor Hellebuyck made 34
saves.
Jamie Benn and Tyler Seguin scored for the Stars. Antti Niemi
stopped 19 shots.
Sabres 3, Senators 2
Robin Lehner made 39 saves as Buffalo came from behind to defeat
Ottawa.
Ryan O'Reilly, Matt Moulson and Justin Bailey scored for Buffalo.
Bobby Ryan and Dion Phaneuf had Ottawa's goals. Craig Anderson made
22 saves.
Devils 3, Avalanche 2
Kyle Palmieri scored his 15th goal of the season and Cory Schneider
made 28 saves as New Jersey defeated struggling Colorado.
Pavel Zacha and Andy Greene also scored for New Jersey.
Mark Barberio and Mikhail Grigorenko scored for the Avalanche, while
Jeremy Smith stopped 37 of 40 shots in his NHL debut.
