							Imogene Skaggs, 88, of Mt. Pulaski passed away on 
							Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at The Christian 
							Village Nursing Home in Lincoln, IL. 
							Imogene was born October 27, 1928 in Horntown, KY, 
							the daughter of Clovus and Ethel (Fulkerson) 
							Williams. She married Lester Skaggs on April 26, 
							1947 in Louisville, KY. He preceded her in death on 
							March 23, 2002. 
							Imogene is survived by her daughter, Nena (Tony) 
							Parn of Groveland, IL; her sisters, Betty Whitfill, 
							Shirley (Bob) Jones, and Maxine Bentley all of KY; 
							her six grandchildren, Crystal Thomas, Dawn Musick, 
							Katie Darnall, A.J. Parn, Rob Parn, Beth Anderson; 
							and twelve great-grandchildren.

                    She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her son, 
					Alan Skaggs, two brothers, Rupert, Arlee, and one sister, 
					Freda. 
                    Imogene was a hard working woman and an avid gardener; she 
					loved the outdoors. Above all else, Imogene loved her 
					family.
 Services for Imogene will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, 
					February 25, 2017 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in 
					Mt. Pulaski, with Pastor Chuck Brannock officiating. 
					Visitation will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 two 
					hours prior to the service (10:00 A.M.-12:00P.M.) also at 
					the funeral home. Burial will take place at Lake Bank 
					Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made 
					in Imogene’s name to The Christian Village or Prayer Shawl 
					Ministry.
