			PULASKI - Andrew Lee “Andy” Buckles, 63, of Mount Pulaski passed 
			away at 3:15 p.m. January 1, 2017 at Vonderlieth Living Center in 
			Mount Pulaski. |

							Obituary 
							 
							Andrew Lee “Andy” Buckles, 63, of Mount Pulaski 
							passed away at 3:15 p.m. January 1, 2017 at 
							Vonderlieth Living Center in Mount Pulaski.
 Andy was born on October 8, 1953 in Lincoln, the son 
							of Henry Frank “Hank” and Irma Jean (Baker) Buckles.
 
 Andy is survived by his mother Irma Jean Buckles of 
							Mount Pulaski, three brothers, John (Cindy) Buckles 
							of Mount Pulaski, Frank (Brenda) Buckles of Mount 
							Pulaski and Jim Buckles of Springfield, and one 
							sister Mary Jane (Floyd) Yeck Jr. of Springfield; 
							his seven nieces and nephews, and three 
							great-nephews.
 
							Andy worked in the parts department of Stahl’s 
							Implement before working at Caterpillar where he 
							retired after 30 years; he also helped on the family 
							farm. He was a member of The Sons of The American 
							Legion #447. He was also associated with UAW Local 
							#751. | 
                    
					 
							Services for Andy will be held at 2:00 p.m. on 
							Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Mount Pulaski Christian 
							Church, Mount Pulaski, with Mark Weber officiating. 
							Visitation will be held two hours prior to the 
							service (12:00-2:00 p.m.) also at the church. Burial 
							will follow the services at Steenbergen Cemetery in 
							Mount Pulaski. 
 Memorial Donations may be made in Andy’s name to 
							Mount Pulaski Christian Church or The Sons of The 
							American Legion Post #447. Services have been 
							entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, 
							Mount Pulaski.
