Obituary
Edith Mae Keller, 79, of Lincoln passed away at 7:54
P.M. December 23, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center in
Springfield.
Edith was born on July 31, 1937 in San Jose, to
Koert E. and Flora (Ruben) Bartman Jr. She married
Donald Keller in 1960 in Lincoln. He preceded her in
death in 1996.
Edith is survived by her three sons, Stan Keller,
Dale Keller and Doug Keller, her siblings, Marvin
Bartman, Ruby (Alan) Nimke and Koert Bartman III,
four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She
was preceded in death by her parents, husband and
one son; Stephen.
Edith was a homemaker. She loved knitting, reading,
doing puzzles and crosswords and enjoyed selling
Stanley Home Products and food spices at flea
markets. |
Services for Edith will be held at 11:00 a.m. on
Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Zion Lutheran Church in
Lincoln, with Rev. Mark Thompson officiating.
Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior
to services. Burial will be held after the services
at Atlanta Cemetery in Atlanta.
Memorial donations may be made in Edith’s name to
the Ladies Aid at Zion Lutheran Church.
Services are entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home, Lincoln.
