LINCOLN
- The second quarter of 2017 saw very similar home sales numbers
compared to 2016 for the same time period.
REALTORS in Logan County Board of REALTORS® sold 114 homes in the second
quarter of 2017, 2 fewer than the 116 sold during the same time period
in 2016.
The average selling price for homes in the 2017 time period was $98,951,
up slightly from
$98,782 in 2016. The median price was down significantly, $78,000
compared to $95,360.

The length of time that the average home was on the market found
houses on the sale for a shorter period of time with the average "Days on
Market" in 2017 134 days. This was 45 days shorter than the same time period in
2016.
