[July 13, 2017] LINCOLN - Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital (ALMH) is one of the nation’s most wired hospitals, according to the Hospital & Health Networks’ 19th annual Health Care’s Most Wired Survey.

The survey is an industry-standard benchmark study that measures the level of information technology used in U.S. hospitals and health systems. The Lincoln nonprofit hospital is an affiliate of Memorial Health System.

This is the fifth consecutive year that Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital earned this distinction. A total of 29 Illinois healthcare organizations were among more than 460 Most Wired hospitals and health systems nationwide, including two other Memorial Health System affiliates, Taylorville Memorial Hospital and Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

“ALMH is committed to ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care,” said Dolan Dalpoas, president and CEO of Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. “Developing and maintaining a secure electronic health record reflects our mission to improve the health of the people and communities we serve.”
