 “These scholarships are available now and are just
waiting for area students to apply,” said Susan Boehler,
vice-president for enrollment management and student services at
Lincoln College. “We encourage local students, who are still trying
to decide if they will be able to afford college, to contact our
admissions office immediately.”
Boehler explained that through the generosity of donors, Lincoln
College is able to offer dozens of scholarships each year to
students in a wide range of categories.
“Lincoln College is an outstanding value in education. In addition
to the generous scholarship program, our tuition rates are among the
lowest for private colleges in the state and competitive with most
public colleges and universities,” Boehler said. “In addition, there
are savings that many students and parents may not be aware of. For
example, students and parents are often shocked at the cost of
textbooks. But, at Lincoln College there is no additional fee for
textbook rental. That can save thousands over a four-year college
career.”
All Lincoln College scholarships are for full-time degree-seeking
students in the traditional program only. They may not be used for
dual enrollment, and they are non-transferable.

As a minimum requirement, current Lincoln College students must
meet College academic requirements for good standing. For all applicants, a high
school GPA of at least 2.0 is required for all scholarships unless otherwise
specified. The selection process is competitive and academic performance will be
a consideration during the selection process.

Applicants must complete the Free Application
for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) if financial need is listed as an
