Lincoln Taekwondo competes in Walker's Tournament of Champions

Results of competitors from Lincoln Taekwondo in Lincoln, Illinois who participated in the Walker’s Tournament of Champions held June 10, 2017 in Bloomington, Illinois…The event was hosted by Master Joe Walker of Walker’s Taekwondo in Bloomington, Illinois.

Master Walker conducted a very well organized tournament with participants from throughout the Midwest.

This day was a pleasant experience for our Lincoln competitors…It was a fun time spent with a strong group of quality competitors from a variety of Martial Arts styles…I would like to express a sincere thank you to the judges and referees who demonstrated professionalism and fair play throughout a very efficiently run competition.

Our twelve Lincoln competitors who participated in Olympic Style Sparring Competition resulted in six 1st places and three 2nd places and three 3rd places…Our twelve competitors participating in Forms Competition resulted in three 1st places, four 2nd places, five 3rd places and an Overall Forms Grand Championship in their respective divisions…Six of our twelve competitors who participated in Breaking resulted in two 1st places, one 2nd place and three 3rd places.
