			- Carole M. Bode, 91, of McLean, passed away at 4:55 a.m. today, 
			Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at Heritage Health Care in Bloomington.  |

							Obituary 
							Carole M. Bode, 91, of McLean, passed away at 4:55 
							a.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Heritage 
							Health Care in Bloomington.
 Funeral services will be Saturday, February 4, 2017, 
							at 1:30 p.m. at the Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in 
							Atlanta. Rev. Don Doty will officiate. Burial will 
							be in the McLean Cemetery.
 
 Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on 
							Friday, February 3, 2016, at the Quiram-Peasley 
							Funeral Home.
 
 Carole Margaret was born December 1, 1925, in 
							Kewanee, the daughter of Harry P. and Margaret 
							Muetze Graham. She married Wilbert Charles Bode on 
							December 27, 1950 at St. Mary's Church in Lincoln. 
							He preceded her in death on March 29, 2008.
 
							Carole is survived by her children: Rick(Carol) Bode 
							of McLean and Janet (Richard) Fryman, Sr. of Long 
							Point; five grandchildren: Dawn (Doug) Williams, 
							Richard (Jodie) Fryman, Jr., Amber (Jordan) Farris, 
							Matthew (Tammy) Bode, and Mark (Tiffany) Bode; eight 
							great-grandchildren; and one sister: Judy Stocks of 
							Texas. | 
                
                 
							She was preceded in death by her husband, three 
							sisters, and one brother.
 Carole worked as a PE Teacher at Atlanta High School 
							from 1947 to 1973 and Olympia High School from 1973 
							to 1986. She was a member of the McLean American 
							Legion Ladies' Auxiliary and McLean Ladies Aide.
 
 Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Hope-Funks 
							Grove Fire and Rescue or the McLean Burger-Benedict 
							American Legion Post #573.
 
 Final arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley 
							Funeral Home of Atlanta.
