Lincoln Taekwondo participates in Auvenshine Tournament

[March 19, 2017]    Results of competitors from Lincoln Taekwondo who participated in the Auvenshine’s Taekwondo 18th Annual Martial Arts Tournament held March 18, 2017, at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield. The event was hosted by Master’s Bill and Patty Auvenshine of Auburn.

The Master’s Auvenshine conducted a very well organized tournament with participants from throughout the Midwest.

This day was a pleasant experience for our Lincoln competitors. It was a fun time spent with a strong group of quality competitors from a variety of Martial Arts styles.

Our Thirteen Lincoln competitors who participated in Olympic Style Sparring Competition resulted in seven 1st places and six 2nd places. Twelve of our thirteen competitors participating in Forms Competition resulted in six 1st places, four 2nd places and two 3rd places in their respective divisions.
