Obituary
Dara R. Tesh, 55, of Lincoln passed away on Tuesday,
March 21, 2017, at 3:10 p.m. at her home.
Funeral Services for Dara will be held on Saturday,
March 25, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lincoln
Christian Church with Mr. Jack Getchel officiating.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017,
from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Lincoln
Christian Church. Burial will be in the New Union
Cemetery in Lincoln. Casual Dress is
requested.
Dara Renee Tesh was born on July 23, 1961, in
Lincoln, the daughter of Laverne "Louie" and
Marcella Brosamer Tesh.
She is survived by her parents, one sister: Dawn
Marie (Randy) Pettus, one brother: Daryl Ray Tesh.
Two nephews: Alex Howard, Jeremy Howard. Two great
nieces: Samantha Howard, Taylor Carter. Many Aunts,
Uncles, Cousins and her beloved "CAT."

Dara graduated from Lincoln Community High School in
1979.
She was employed at Meyers Industries for 20 years
and later at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital for10
years.
She was a member of the Lincoln Christian Church.
Dara loved music, but her biggest joy was gardening
and genealogy.
She loved her friends and co-workers and was loved
by all who knew her.
Memorials may be given in Dara's name to the Lincoln
Christian Church Harvest of Talents or the S. Edward
Tesh Scholarship Fund at Lincoln Christian
University.
Peasley Funeral Home is assisting the family with
the arrangements.
