Obituary
Kaye Patterson Paris,67, of Lincoln, passed away
March 21, 2017, at Memorial Medical Center.
Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry
& Bennett Funeral Home, Lincoln. A memorial
visitation will be Saturday, March 25, 2017, from 5
p.m. to 7 p.m. at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral
Home Lincoln. A time of visitation will also be held
at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 1, 2017, at Kerr Brothers
Funeral Home, Lexington, KY. Burial will follow in
Blue Grass Memorial Park, Nicholasville, KY.
Kaye was born June 10, 1949, in Lexington, KY,
the daughter of Julian and Etta (Prewitt) Paris. She
was a 1967 graduate of Bryan Station Senior High and
took classes at Lincoln Christian University,
Lincoln College, and Heartland Community College.
She was employed as an accountant/bookkeeper for
several businesses: First National Bank, Langellier
Ford Mercury, The Christian Village, Christian
Homes, and Sheridan Healthcare. She was a member of
Lincoln Christian Church and attended Dieterich
Christian Church while camping. Kaye enjoyed travel
and camping. |
Survivors include her best friend Karen Hargis and her family; Scott and Tiffany
Hargis, sisters Doris (Paris) Clark and her husband Roy and Dale (Paris)
Seggelke; and several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Logan County
Pregnancy Resource Center, Logan County YMCA, or to the organization of the
donor's choice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
