PASO - Lorene P. Anderson, 95, of El Paso, formerly of Carlock,
passed away at 7:35 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Heritage
Health Care, in El Paso. |

9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at
10:30 a.m. at Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in
Atlanta.
Service:
10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home

Obituary
Lorene P. Anderson, 95, of El Paso, formerly of
Carlock, passed away at 7:35 p.m. on Thursday, March
23, 2017, at Heritage Health Care in El Paso.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Anderson will be held on
Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at
Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta. Mr. Maurice
Stribling will officiate. Burial will follow at Park
Hill Cemetery in Bloomington.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
on Tuesday prior to the funeral.
Lorene P. Rhodus was born September 10, 1921, in
Bloomington, the daughter of Russell and Pearl
Rhodus. Lorene married Russell Henry Anderson and he
preceded her in death 1975.

Lorene is survived by her children: Roderick Harry
(Donna) Anderson of Carlyle and Pamela Sue (Robert)
Siebert of Carlock; four grandchildren: Tracy
Siebert, Robin Siebert, Roderick Anderson II, and
Deborah Anderson Covey; and six great-grandchildren:
Shelby and Calvin Krutke, Conner and Cayden Covey,
Noah and Gavin and Anderson,.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one
brother, Donald Rhodus.
Lorene was Assistant Manager of Food Service at
Illinois State University for 30 years. She retired
in 1983.
Memorials may be made to Alzhiemers Association.
Final arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley
Funeral Home of Atlanta.
