Eddie Combs named May LTEC Student-of-the-Month

 

[May 25, 2017]  LINCOLN - Eddie Combs, son of Stacy Banister & Eddie Combs Jr., was named May Student of the Month for the Building Trades program at the Lincolnland Technical Education Center.

Eddie is a junior at Lincoln Community High School. Mr. Justin Dietrich, instructor, selected Eddie for his excellent work ethic.

“Eddie has a desire to learn and is extremely teachable. He is a great person, hard worker and is particular about the details. Eddie has a real eye for high quality craftsmanship that will continue long after high school. Eddies knowledge and leadership abilities have helped him take a lead on the job site for the Habitat for Humanity project this year on S. Kickapoo St. It’s been great working with Eddie, he always listens to what is asked of him, takes pride in the job and does it well.”

Eddie plans to go to college and study diesel mechanics.

Eddie received a $50 from the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln who sponsors this award and honored him at a noon luncheon.
