Diane Bicknell, President of the New
Holland-Middletown Education Association, credits the successful
bargaining to the positive working relationship among the Board of
Education, Superintendent, Todd Dugan, and the Association. “It
benefits everyone, when you eliminate an ‘us versus them scenario’."

"The meetings are more productive when negotiations remain
positive, focused on educational needs and do not go on for several weeks or
months.”
The Association is very happy with the contract and would like to
thank School Board President John Coers and his team for their dedication to the
students and staff of New Holland-Middletown.
