As an echo technician, Pollice performs ultrasounds of the heart so
that they can be interpreted by a cardiologist. She enjoys helping
patients understand their tests and working in the family atmosphere
at ALMH.
“Everyone at ALMH seems to really love their job. I think we have
great teamwork between the departments. At ALMH we put the needs of
our patients first,” said Pollice.
Her co-worker, Tonya Matthews, nominated Pollice for the honor as a
way to recognize her for the high quality care she provides her
patients.
“Amanda has many attributes where she excels but the one thing I
truly appreciate her for is her patient care. Her patients are a
priority and she cares for them as if they were family,” said
Matthews.
ALMH is a 25-bed critical access hospital located at 200 Stahlhut
